Title: big gear on the triangle piece
Post by: Hoodie75 on January 18, 2024, 07:36:50 pm
:'( i accidentally snapped the gear that's on the metal triangle. i cant find the part anywhere. i tried to design and 3d print one but i just cant get the dimensions correct. there is a model on thingaverse but its all wrong. does anyone have any ideas to get a new one without buying a junk drive? this is a drive that can copy disks and i want to keep it. thanks in advance.

Aside from the 3D printing method, I don't think there's much you can do outside of getting another drive, sorry :(

i tried to 3d print one. i just cant get the specs correct. i know there is 96 teeth on the outer gear but the inner gear got mangled when i tried to remove the pin holding it in. i have all of the other measurements. i'll try again . thanks for the response.
