So I first asked this question on reddit a few weeks ago (my first mistake lol) and after getting very reddit-tier answers, I thought I'd try here too.
There's a cracked component (capacitor) on my HVC-CPU-GPM-02 power/AV board. I tried switching it out with a spare but unbelievably that one cracked as well. Does anyone know or have a means to find out what it is and what value it is?

So far I have: tried testing the similar-looking blue components on the circuit board with a tester. One tested as a 33pf capacitor and the others were "unknown or damaged part" which is unlikely. I also tried swapping one random blue probably-capacitor from the spare which unsurprisingly didn't work.
It tests as a 200 Ohm resistor for me and not a capacitor, but that's in-circuit, so make of that what you will.

Thank you so much! I'll need to try it that out sometime this week. Smd parts like this can be so frustrating!
