thanks for the input Jabra, but I need a loose or non-working famicom to replace the red eject button on mine. If anyone knows where I can order or buy the red eject button, please let me know. Much appreciated!

Did you try swapping the PPU? You can get one from a broken NES for very cheap.

well, I swapped the PPU from my broken Famicom, but the only thing that appears is a gray screen! >:( I'm going to try to switch the PPU again with one of my NES consoles, but since my birthday is tommorrow and my grand mother gave me 50$ I was thinking of maybe buying another Famicom (or mother board).

well I was thinking more of buying only the motherboard since I don't reall need all the Famicom again, but if ever it happens that I buy a complete working system in poor condition I'll let you know. :)
