Title: FS: Most of my Famicom carts (mostly pirates/multis)
Post by: madman on January 28, 2008, 05:41:28 pm
So I'm clearing out my Famicom stuff, this is the first batch I dug out of the closet.  There's some legit games (Baseball, Pinball, Golf, Tetris and Pac-Land) the rest are pirate multis.  The 9,999,999 in 1 carts are crap and if you buy something, I'll throw one in for free.  Some of these contain those Taiwan original games, some do not.  The one in the upper right contains games I've never seen on multis before, it's pretty rare.  If memory serves, it's Robocco Wars, Juju Densetsu and Samurai Pizza Cats.  Make me some offers if you're interested in anything. I've got more in the closet, some of which contain a lot of Mario hacks and some Street Fighter II bootlegs as well.

If you right click and do a view image, the pictures will show up larger.

Here's a bunch more carts I found, most are originals, I'm not sure what the two without labels are, one is a Konami game.  I'll throw these (the 2 w/out labels) in for buyers as well.

I bought a bunch of this stuff. I don't know if I bought those carts, though. It was pretty much a grab bag for me. Should be fun seeing what I get. :)

It's rare, but not that rare. I've seen it at least twice in the last year on eBay, and I don't even look at eBay that much anymore. On the other hand, I've never seen Windows 2000 on eBay...and there are others I've never seen for sale.

About the Windows 2000 cart, I've seen my fair share of computer-like Famiclones (I can get them here), but I've seen one in operation only once, and it wasn't like Win2k for FC at all. I would love to get my hands on a Win2k cart, but it's too risky to buy one of those Famiclones (they're more expensive than your widely known console type) just to find the included cart is shit.

EDIT: 22.000th post yay :D!!!

gotcha
I'm just suprised that I have never come across it - not even in multicart.

I'll hunt down a windows 2000 if I can

Absolutely insane. where can I get a rom of this?

What exactly is the point though? Does it actually function as an operating system?, Or does it end with Solitaire?

If it is the prior, I'd probably shell out $60 to $70 for one depending on if I could find it. :P

On a computer-like Famiclone (the ones that look like keyboards) it would function as an operating system for it.
