Hey guys, just joined the forums, I'm a member at NintendoAge forums and have decided to join here in hopes of finding a CIB Gimmick for Famicom (or a CIB of the PAL version as I want to eventually own both). If anyone has a copy for sale let me know and we'll work things out :) I already own the cart of the fammi version, just looking for CIB only for the most part

Thanks, but only looking for the famicom version, not the PAL MR. Gimmick. I only want the PAL version CIB and I already own the fammi version cart, just need the box and manual.
I have 2 or 3 loose, but I've put off buying it CIB. They show up on ebay about once a month or two but sometimes the prices are a little high.
You might try contacting featherpluckfilms on this board to see if he can get you one.

They're cool, but you don't get the extra sound. That's half the coolness of owning a famicom gimmick (but yeah, it is a great game either way).

Sorry to bump your post like that, I'm a little off topic too. I was checking your interest in Gimmick! and I think I finally found someone who seems to appreciate this game as much as I do! I also bought a complete Famicom Gimmick! for 99$ from Toysonlinehk a while ago. I was also looking for the SunSoft memorial collection on the Ps1 too (I'm not asking for it here, I just mention it). I've made videos for each stage of the game on Youtube. And my avatar is Gimmick! too! Happy to know I'm not alone:)
I don't have the PAL Mr. Gimmick! though, I think the Japanese version is better just for the sound.

**Oh, and BTW, have you ever play Trip World for the Game Boy? This SunSoft game is very reminiscent of Gimmick!, like his little brother's game. Easy, simple and fun.
Awsome! Another Gimmick fan :)! Yeah I've played trip world, very cool game, its like a portable gimmick :P. I started a Gimmick fansite If you wanna join, I've made some Gimmick artwork myself :D. I made a cool sculpture display, and I plan On making all of the bosses from the game! Excelent job on the bead art BTW!
I want a Gimmick CIB famicom by the way, I'll have more money to spend come a month's time so I'll be looking to pik one up real soon.
Asking in advance as they are not always easy to come across and I am not willing to pay some stupid inflated price but of course a reasonable one.
