Title: need help/opinions on a purchase

Wanted to get some people's opinions on a couple of things.

Would you purchase this at 5,000 YEN, OR

Not TOO important, but is the AV Famicom have THAT much better of a picture quality?

I've also noticed a new, boxed AV Fami for 8500.  What route would you go?

Well thanks for your help.  I decided to go with the AV Famicom for 8500 YEN.
