I got Akumajou Special: Boku Dracula-kun, I just want to know what kinds of enhancements for this game, like Grafixs(sp)

It has a Konami VRC2b mapper.  There's nothing all too special about it.

It allows for horizontal and vertical scrolling.  It has the same number of colors and same number of sprites at once as normal Famicom games, but has more space to hold graphics, which means it can have more variety.  It also has more space for the game's code, so that means it can be a bit more complex.

It does do stuff, sure, but it's really nothing more than you'd expect.  It's one of Konami's earlier mappers, so you don't get anything cool out of it (like extra sound channels or more colors at once (sorta)* like with the VRC6 in Akumajou Densetsu).

*edit: this was actually an ability of the MMC5 mapper, which Castlevania 3 used instead of VRC6

I forgot to add

Playing on the NES..will it still play like playing on the Famicom, Sorry I can't really explain it better

The same goes for Contra on the Famicom...Would you still see the Trees blow playing it on the NES

It should.  The extra audio channels in VRC6/VRC7 don't work with the NES because the NES does not let cartridges mix in external audio.  There's no such limitation with the NES regarding graphics, so I don't see why it wouldn't work.
