I've been playing electric guitar for almost 4 years now. Guitar and music in general are the only things I enjoy more than video games games. I mostly listen to stuff like Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, AC/DC, and early Van Halen. I also like Judas Priest, Motorhead, Jimi Hendrix, The Strokes, Ozzy Osbourne, Stevie Ray Vaghun, Rush, and other bits of classic rock, blues, or heavy metal. The only thing FC-related I know is the LoZ theme, though I'd love to learn some Rockman themes. Basically, music is my life outside video games.
Is there anybody else musical on these forums? If so, what do you play, who do you like, and can you play anything FC-related?
I guess there are no musicians here yet. :( I played the clarinet when I was in elementary school, because I wanted to be like Kenny G. :-[

the samples are really...REALLY shitty, and i would advise not listening to them, as it is not a clear interpretation of how we sound.. at all...

I'm trying my hand(s) at it & can play the Starman theme. :P But with two hands playing the main melody. :( I'd like to just be able to do that part with just one hand so I can use the other one for the bass part.

I'm trying to learn how to play my Casio keyboard. Haven't really played any music on it yet, just random finger tappings and such. I should've bought the Yamaha instead, oh well.
I'm a drummer and percussionist ;) I used to play classic rock and soul music in a band to make an extra money before, but now I'm just playing acoustic guitar in my place ;) I can play bass too.
For fun, I tried playing the intro to Cheers to see if I could remember how I used to do it...took me a while but I got it. :)
I play the keyboard decently, but man, I can play some mean bongos! Really though my favorite instrument to play would definitely be the hammered dulcimer. I'm a sucker for celtic music!
