Title: Atlantis no Nazo
Post by: skyrunner14 on November 25, 2008, 02:38:16 pm
OK, I'm sure everyone here can agree Atlantis no Nazo is hard. I've been playing, and I honestly do want to like it, but it's hard to get into. I'm going to try to actually beat it after I'm done playing MOTHER, and I was hoping you guys (and girls) could give me some tips on playing. I have also heard of some sort of level select code, but I can't find the code itself! Can someone help out in that department as well?

Here's someone speedrunning it in less than 3 minutes. That might help:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l8Yi3jEbShs

Also, you might want to watch the GameCenter CX episode on it. Not only is it informative, but watching Arino suffer is a lot of fun. A torrent of TV-Nihon's subtitled version of the episode is here: http://www.tvnihon.com/tracker/download.php?id=461&name=%5BT-N%5DGameCenterCX_-_01AtlantisNoNazo%5B119A5BBB%5D.avi.torrent

Wow, thanks! I hadn't even realized the translated episodes were available yet! Can't wait for the DVDs... back on topic, does anyone happen to know that level select code? I remember seeing it on Wiki, but it's not there now...

There isn't.
That's why it is so hard.

I tried it out on an emulator.

... man those pooping crows are annoying ...

I don't think I'd have the patience to play it to the end.

I second the Gamecenter CX episode... there's really no other way to play it than what they figure out... but man is that game hard.
