The picture is too blurry. It looks like a floppy game though. Hopefully an expert on pirates can help you out. :)

I instantly thought it was a Master System game, too, but isn't it too big? :-/ Then again, pirate carts know no bounds when it comes to size.

Japanese Sega Master System/Mark III games are about that size, SG-1000 games too.

What's the game like?  I hope it's a MegaDrive Mario port :D
