Title: joy pad repair

dose any wear still sell replacement rubber contacts for nes controllers im sure you could use them in a famicom ??? also are the rubber contacts in a av famicom and nes2 the same as a nes/famicom ???

I've seen them at nesrepairshop.com, but they don't seem to have any right now, or they don't carry them anymore. Try searching on ebay every now and then, that's where I got mine.

You could also just buy a NES controller, cannibalize it, and steal the rubbers out of it.

Ha! But yeah, you could. The insides of both controllers(aside from the mic...) are completely interchangeable.

but ill end up with the same thing  >:( unless i buy two of those knock offs that look like nes controllers i think thats what ill do 8)
