Currently unemployed lady from West Lothian near Edinburgh had looked shy and a little out of place as she stepped on stage.
47 Year old Susan Boyle wows the judges with her performance in the auditions for Britains Got Talent, singing I dreamed a dream from Les Miserables.

That's quite impressive.
And people should stop judging others on appearances. She isn't pretty or sexy, but she can sing. And that's the only thing that should count.
Didn't the guys learn anything from the Paul Potts episodes? He was underestimated as well based on the looks. Same story repeated...
God I'm sick of hearing about her. All the American news channels are obsessed with this woman. She is quite talented though.
I want to run my fingers through her eyebrows....
...nah, her singing was awesome and they presented it perfectly on the show.
Oh, and if you're sick of hearing about her you spend too much time watching crap TV, listening to crap radio and surfing crap websites. :P

That's absolutely true. I'm always reading or writing papers and have the tv on in the background.
People judge books by covers too often these days. How many times have you heard someone say, "That looks gay," or "It doesn't look very good," or other crap like that?
I rarely read/watch the news or any TV for that matter, but I saw the name on YouTube every now and then. Out of sheer boredom I watched a performance and was pretty amazed. I then watched an interview with her and she seems really humble about the whole thing, which is great.
I don't think she's able to top William Hung, though. :D
