i have a atari 2600 game that says activision Prototype and on label say hand rited Barn storm, is this a rare game?

Considering it might be a prototype, yes. However I really dont know how much atari protos go for, so you're gonna have to do some research.

Good find, never seen an Atari proto with this label.

I have played Barn storming (Have a normal cart of it); its horribly boring but since yours is a proto it should be worth something.

Dude, you posted it on Atari Age. That is the BEST place you could have posted questions about it. I am sure Tempest or Romhunter will know what it is. If they don't, I am sure they could point you in the right direction.
