This game, does anyone know the full title of the famicom version? I really want to buy this game.

Doesn't seem too rare.  Japangamestock has it for $22 loose.  Rising Stuff's price guide lists it at $25 CIB, $16 loose.  It's not so common that it's dirt cheap, but it's common enough that you should be able to find it pretty easily.
