Well that's unlicensed, not pirated so I think they're good.

Really? It says that Anything of questionable quality. I think that's questionable. And authentic goods form japan. I wouldn't call that authentic.

Quality, in that context, refers to things such as carts that make a rattling noise or disks that sometimes (or always) produce FDS error numbers.

Either way, why are you bringing this up with FW and not Rising Stuff?

Don't know. People keep bringing it up here as a good store, so i thought i'd just bring it up. You can move it to off topic chat if you think that is the right place for it.

Nah, I'm saying that if you think it's a problem, you should notify Rising Stuff so that they can fix it.

I mean, I guess it could cause some confusion (since you did make a post about it), but I don't think it violates their terms.  Saying it's unlicensed original in the description might be a good idea, though, since some shoppers won't know what Super Pig is.

Oh, that's kinda dirty, don't you think? I probably will notify them.
EDIT: And it looks like their contact page is down. I got a 404.

It isn't a clone or a bootleg, it's an actual Super Pig release so I'm not sure why you think this is a lie. Unlicensed =\= bootleg. Also, if you want to contact them, hit up the forums.

Rising Stuff replied. They said the same thing as Uglyjoe said. Thet stated that since it`s not ripping off any licensed mascot, they're ok.
