If you're talking about Dragon Quest for the Famicom, Famicom games were never sealed. Someone did it themselves, which also means that it's probably not "new". However, if you're talking about the NES version, then GL.

I mean the Famicom version, and I know they weren't actually sealed (in the traditional sense) but the cart box is barely messed with and the manuals look great and crisp new. The cart also looks flawless, with zero scratches and the sticker colors are fresh clean looking.
Ah, I think the more precise term for that would be that it's in "pristine" condition, then. Just so you don't confuse potential clientele. :)

Reminds me of when I bought Goemon Gaidan 1 and 2 from eBay 10 years ago completely unopened and listed as new. Spent over $100 on each! Still have them in perfect condition too, though I actually played them :D
