mine is zelda and pokemon (via my user name gives it away) but i also like kirby and old mario
Probably the main Mario series, but I also love Super Smash Bros.
Super Mario & Super Smash Bros
I've got sick of Pokémon games, last game I played was Blue/Red (can't remember correctly) for GBC. But they're always pretty enjoyable.
I'm excited to see a video gameplay from the new Pokémon which is "Pokémon: Black and White", from the screen-shots I saw, it looked better than the previous.
Has Pocket Monsters (Pokémon) serie ended or it's running still? Maybe it'll be like Doraemon never ending.
They've basically been remaking the same game since Blue and Red. I assume Black and White will be the same.
Super Mario.
yes pokemon is still running
Super Mario, Metroid and Zelda.
Urban Champion!
Seriously though, Metroid. Even the bad ones are better than many other mainstays, and to my knowledge Metroid was never on the CDi and Samus' boobs never taught typing.
Yet.
Kirby! (http://i736.photobucket.com/albums/xx6/protoman1027/kirby1.gif)
Kid Icarus. :P
Metroid by far...
- first NES game I've ever had & it creeped the hell out of me.
- no confusing timeline (http://www.famicomworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=4739.0) <- Click Here
- Actual emphasis on storyline (seriously, I'm thinking of storyboarding an animated movie for it)
Of course, like N's other prosperous titles, it's being milked dry for everything it's worth. (http://i498.photobucket.com/albums/rr343/JediQuestMaster/hmph.gif) Remember when there was only
one Metroid game (or less) for every console? Prime 2 ruined that.
I really wouldn't mind if they milked Metroid more. If there were as many GBA/DS Metroid metroidvania games as there are GBA/DS Castlevania medtroidvania games, I would be quite happy.
Mario for sure.
The Kemco Click'N'Play Series.
Deja Vu on NES
Shadowgate on NES
Uninvited on NES
Deja Vu 2 on Gameboy
Shadowgate 64 on N64
Sadly, no sequel to Uninvited has been made as of yet, but I am still hopeful.
I'd love if Nintendo made a beat 'em up game of Pokémon monsters.
Pokémon Stadium is the nearest I have to a Poké 'em up! (I think) lol

Please dont tell me that, you will make me cry.
The Mario franchise is my favorite; however, specifically I like the RPG games (minus Super Paper Mario... we don't talk about that one).
I'd have to say the Mario franchise. I think my favorite one is either Super Mario World 2, Super Mario RPG, or Super Mario 64.

Shadowgate on NES
Hell yes.

This should make you happy.
@satoshi_matrix - Nice vid; very fun to watch... whomever made that needs to do one for Uninvited.
@Mi5terDNA - What about Shadowgate? It has a N64 sequel never released on another console.
Mi5terDNA, I think I understand now.
So a franchise is only a set of games made directly by Nintendo, not made for a console but actually made by the company whom designed the system.
Thanks for making me understand better, I was confused.
Warioware would have to be my favorite. The only one I don't have so far is 'Snapped!'.
my personal favorites are the legend of zelda and pokemon (as my user name may hint), but i love pre-gamecube mario, and freakin' kirby is the shit!
Definitely Pokemon for the same reason as Mis5terDNA.
Don't we already have this thread?

There's this thing called the search function. This has happened to one of your topics before. I would've pointed it out earlier but I forgot we had one too.

You're not missing much. It's good and all, but really really short. It's more of like a tech demo.

megaman is a capcom game just so you know.
Anyway I'll say.....EARTHBOUND!
Oops... I guess I counted it because I play it on Nintendo only consoles, bad mistake.
The Mother series is a good series... for the 3 games that exist for it.
I should say Mario, but I enjoyed Twilight Princess so much and Zelda has so much more lore, that it's really Zelda once I dig deep.
