Those are the ones that come to mind immediately; there are tons more.

DKC 1, 2 & 3 come to mind the quickest. Also the Saturn version of command & conquer and Red alert on PC.

Doom is great and the Jaguar version of wolfenstein is amazing!

Katamari Damacy and the Megaman games spring to mind. Also Donkey Kong Country 2. Dave Wise did a stunning job.
