Be careful buying really rare stuff from this seller. The seller's listed a square button Famicom that wasn't legit. Otherwise, I've purchased from toysonlinehk with no problem. This seller is on FW's recommended sellers list.
His shipping rates are a little too high for me. Its hard to pay that much for shipping when featherplukin charges so little to ship.
Yea, toysonline charges way too much for shipping, considering it's airmail from HK. You can even count the postage on what he sends you, doesn't add up to what he charges.
Well, all im thinking of buying is doki doki panic and kid icarus. both cib. those are kinda hard to come by on ebay. sometimes on YHJ but thats a pain in the ass
Doki Doki Panic and Kid Icarus aren't that hard to come by on Ebay from what I've seen, even sealed ones. But I have some things to say about toysonlinehk since I bought quite a few rare games from him. He usually ships quite fast if there are no problems with the Post Office. But there are some rare Disk System games (new, sealed ones that he had to order) that I bought from him that I have not received. And I ordered these back in Oct. 15 of last year. They still haven't arrived. And, also, he may ship the wrong games to you, so watch out. That's what he did to me. I was asking for Famicom Detective Club II and he gave me the first one. So it's things like this you need to watch out for when buying from him. He also doesn't inform you about the shipment unless you ask him for it, which I find disappointing.

Yeah, I am saying from my experience. It's because the Post Office was screwing around and lost the first shipment. So there's huge delay between that and the second shipment because he had to order the games again. I said I would deliver the wrong games back to him but I put it off. He said he had to receive the wrong games before he send the second shipment. But then he asked me to order a more expensive game to compensate for my shipping fee for the wrong games and I had to wait a few more days for that. I was on vacation from Dec. 24 to now and he wasn't able to deliver the games to me back then although he said so. So that's another delay. I couldn't ask about the shipment during my vacation. Well, let's just say I can't believe I've waited this long.

Maybe, but toysonlinehk has made me waited more than 4 months for some of the games I ordered. I ordered them back in mid-October of last year, but I still haven't received them as of now. I don't know what to do. And he's not responding to my messages. I messaged him a million times. This is completely BS. No other Ebay seller has done this to me and put me thru this wait. I know he's not trying to cheat me because he's a reputable seller. But I waited 130 days and still no sign of the games coming to me. Any comments about this?
Sucks man. :-\ My recommendation is that you find one of his high-priced auctions and ask a question about your stuff through that auction. That way, the heading will read the high-priced auction, which means he'll open it and read it, but it'll be your question. Maybe you'll get a response that way. I'm sure the dude gets a lot of questions and is busy listing and shipping stuff. Maybe you'll get through that way. He's always quick to respond to my questions about high-priced auctions.

He attempted to ship the games to me 2 times. From what I know, the first shipment got lost somehow and then he ordered the second batch of games, and he shipped those but I never received them. The tracking number he gave me for the second shipment was bogus. I don't know what the hell is wrong the shipments. I was really looking forward to those games back last year.

I don't understand either. I did everything he said. That's not the problem. Even if it is, he can kindly ask for it and not make me wait for over 100 days. Apparently, it's the post office's problem and his problem for not emailing me about the situation. He's making me really, really angry right now and I let it all out thru his Ebay message box coz it's taking TOO DAMN LONG!!! I've waited for 130+ days and I expected better service. I even asked for compensation.
There's no excuse for having to wait that long. And what really sucks is trying to communicate with someone like this through e-mails. Looks like we'll soon be removing him from FW's Recommended Sellers list. We're gonna need a replacement. :-\

You guys won't believe it, but the problem I have been having is still not solved. I just don't understand. I really regret buying from this seller. My recommendation would be to send him a link to this thread. Sometimes sellers are moved to respond when they see negative feedback like this. I remember when one of the big NES sellers noticed a negative thread about his eBay store at NES Forums. The dude joined the site and started responding to the thread. As long as it stays civil here, there's no problem with doing that...I think they had to lock the NES Forums thread.
why are there such horrid sellers in hong kong? I'm not sure, but it seems to plague east asia in general, aside from Japan. Though, there are many exceptions and there are great people to buy games from in east asia.

I see your point. It's not like he's had lots of trouble with lots of people. Maybe just this one got screwed up. It can happen. It doesn't make sense to me, though, that he didn't just offer the refund to get it over with.
He does indeed have good items. That's why I ordered from him. But understand that I have waited 6 months and I am still waiting. I really hate to say negative things about any Ebay seller, but this time it's gotten too far. I think it's safe to say after 6 months, you probably are not going to get the games. Hopefully he comes through, but I'd think if he was going to make good, he'd have done so by now.

Honestly, this guy won't refund you anything you sent back. I sent back wrong games to him with shipping $24. He just asked me to pick out a game and I picked Super Mario 2 (Japan).
As to whether I'll get the games, I think I'll get them. I just don't know when. He kept telling me to please wait because post office hasn't sent back shipment to him. I don't know why there doesn't exist something that we call "contrareembolso", the store send you the games and you pay it + shipping when it comes to your house. If for some reason the package doesn't come you blame Mail-company and they refund your money (if you're seller)

I learned a very valuable lesson from this transaction. Never wait over 30 days for any transaction. If I buy something next time from Ebay, I make sure I haven't waited over 30 days for it before I take action and open a dispute. Actually, I opened a dispute on Ebay, but that was useless. I should have opened the dispute on Paypal. Right now, I don't know if games will ever come to me. This really, really bites.

maybe im wierd, but I generally do not ship by surface or sal. I opt for good 'ol 2 day ems shipping. since I live in mill valley, ca, usa, it's always 2 days from when they ship it because I am on the west coast. 2 days is acceptable but 2-4weeks for sal or 1-2months for surface is painful

I never liked this seller in the first place especially in one auction where he was selling this capcom horror game called sweet home and I put a bid and then someone else outbid me and for some odd reason as soon as the auction ended I got a second chance offer to buy it....that fast huh? I'm guessing it was a friend of his trying to make the auction end higher but his plan didn't worked and got screwed. Never buying from this guy.
I think he's a resonable seller depending on what you want. He's great to deal with if you want many games in one lot. I've bought plenty of games from him and paid under $5 each game for games that ususally sell for $15+, including some CIB games like Monster Maker.

I dunno...mighty be scertain places in the world that have problems. I've bought from the guy several times seeing how he's willing to deal with you. Many games he lists for like $10 I end up buying for 1 or 2, because when I do buy Famicom games I bindge buy, meaning I buy fifteen to thirty games. It does get expnesive, but he's the only seller on ebay I know who does this sort of dealing. Everyone else has ridgid prices. Plus, by using this methoid I get only the games I want and no doubles.
In fact, I recently bought Metroid FDS from him and he sent me a shipping email invoice almost immeditlly afterwords. I hope you guys get what you ordered!

He said over and over that he would ship the games again for me. I somehow knew that I wouldn't receive my games after the shipment didn't arrive as he promised. All I can say is I am very, very unfortunate to have ordered games from him. I never had any trouble with any other eBay sellers. NONE. I have never seen such bullshit in my entire life.

After I receive the games, you can bet that I will never buy from him again either, especially AFTER WHAT I WENT THROUGH. I am just here to warn everyone about my case, because if I can prevent several people from going through what I went through, I'll be happy. Also, the amount of time I have waited for my games can go into the record books.

So I emailed and emailed and emailed in June, and some other guy (one of his newer staff members) said he wasn't in Hong Kong. He didn't reply to my problem at first because he said I was impolite and I didn't deserve reply. I mean, COME ON, I HAD ALREADY WAITED OVER HALF A YEAR MAN, HOW POLITE DID HE WANT ME TO BE. AND HE DIDN'T ANSWER MY F**IN MESSAGES UNTIL I MESSAGED OVER AND OVER. SO TIRED OF THIS BULLSHIT. I told him over and over about what games I ordered. For what it's worth, I ordered two games from toysonlinehk in March 2007 and they both arrived on time and as expected.
Syzygy01 - I beleive its for regestered airmail only. I've shipped things to France before and REQUIRED to include my phone number. Customs feel better about things if they have a phone number. That way, if you have like a bomb or something in your package they have a number to give to the police :D

I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH HIM AND WITH THE GAMES. But to my damn surprise, a new staff member answered my message, after I written the "final" message to say I gave up on my order and I have been cheated. He asked me to tell him what my problem is so I did. I don't expect an answer from him, so I have to message him again. That's why I said I still have the slightest chance that I would still get the games, but if he didn't answer me then absolutely no hope. I have waited this long already.
Well, I went into quite a bit of detail about some of the things that happened. Sorry for my long message, but I deserve it.
Man this guy is a JOKER! A proper Rogue Trader or a Trader who has bitten off too much than he can chew, Obviously the size of his operation is big and he is probably trying to monopolies the JAP import game business on Ebay (no chance).
It seems he does not have the staff to cover all the tasks i.e. emailing us (the customer) back. I think the real problem with him is his " after care customer service". The main issues are poor communication and items not received. Some peeps here have had no problems but on the other side of the token a few of us have had issues with him.
I will try and attempt to get in contact with his negative Ebayer's and get more information so that an official complaint can be done as a collective. Hopefully Ebay will respond if we get loads of feedback.
Trust me he won't last, this is very reminiscent of another Hong Kong trader who was dealing in Nike Air's, poor comms, Items not received. This traders Ebay account was terminated. He tried to come back under a different name but Ebay was onto him.
I have just realised he still owes me $6 for over charging me on shipping!! I am still waiting in anticipation for my goods >:(
To be fair, Mo, I did get his first shipment, even though it was a delay, it came really quickly (in 2 days) when he sent it. I ordered the new Famicom systems (both the disk system and the original). And he also shipped me Akumajou Dracula FDS sealed since he had it in stock. But why is it that he couldn't send me the games I wanted the most.
Speaking of overcharging in shipping, I am pretty sure he overcharged on my games as well, especially The Legend of Zelda 2 FDS. I am just letting that go, but at the very least, ship me those damn games. I really don't know what he's thinking. I trusted him. He seemed like a good seller at first and responded quickly to my questions, but after I ordered the games, things went really, REALLY WRONG.
I can sense that it's a really big operation as well, but there's no excuse for the poor communication and items not received.
i've stopped dealing with him. if there's anything i ever really need that I can't find, i would ask a friend rather than deal with shady sellers.

kite200, the thing is that no friend of mine would ever have what I am looking for and that's why I dealt with toysonlinehk in the first place. He has everything I am looking for, but there was something wrong with the shipment and I didn't receive the games. Otherwise, I'd be so happy now, for one because those games are very, VERY RARE to find brand new, and toysonlinehk said he has them all in new condition, and two, after I receive his games, I would have completed my FDS collection with all of the classics that I am looking for. I was so excited, so I paid right away without giving a second thought. I wanted those games so badly.
Well, right now, a new staff member is helping me out, but he needs to find proof about whether I actually didn't receive the shipment. He said there are a lot of cheaters on the internet nowadays and no other buyers have a problem to my magnitude, so he wanted to make sure I am not cheating on him. Fair enough, but more suffering for me, because I have wait several more weeks.

He's already filed my case and is doing a taxi report, because the airwaybills from more than 3 months (90 days) ago are not in his office. Somehow from the airwaybills he's going to check where the shipment went and stuff like that. In that case, I said then why wasn't my shipment found earlier and why wasn't I helped accordingly in the past. Well, anyway, he seems genuine, but I have to wait even longer. It's my ass that I have to wait anymore, but not his.

Unless they know your phone number, they say there can be a 21-30 day custom delay... of course, you can choose not to believe that, but you should at least consider it as a possibility.

I thought the custom delay is only applicable to France & Italy as stated in his shipping info section. I did not know that it applied to other countries as well >:(. They need to correct the section), if I had knowledge of this then I would never have ordered.

he's answering my messages at least. I emailed him asking about any progress and whether he can order my games before he checks the airwaybills and finds out whether I didn't receive the goods. He's still frustrating to deal with, mainly with not being able to order all my games before he can find out from the airwaybills whether I am a cheater or not. He said it would take 3-4 weeks for him to check. It's almost 3 weeks already. So that's the only thing that's in the way for me. He needs to check because he doesn't know anything about my order and it's already 15 months since my order. At least he is working on it. After 4 weeks, I will be very serious with him, because by then he's abusing his privileges as a seller. Obviously I am not cheating on him. He had all the time to check and I needed to get my games pronto.
What I am mad about is that I have waited this long, and he suspects that I am a cheater because anyone in my type of situation would have made a PayPal complaint to get money back and wouldn't email 15 months later about receiving nothing. I said that's stupid. NO MATTER HOW RIDICULOUS IT SOUNDS, THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED AND I AM NOT GOING TO LIE THAT I RECEIVED THE GAMES WHEN I DIDN'T RECEIVE THEM. I dunno. I've bought from him several times and my most recent buy was Metroid in late December which arrived in the middle of Jan. 2-3 weeks isn't really that bad consdeiring the price is only $5. Granted, I can't get the game to work, but that's because I think my FDS is fucked up, I dont know a lot about repair work. He's offered to replace it but I dont think its a problem with the disk itself.

To Mr Toysonline, it seems you have got me confused with another order. I did not order those items. If you originally explained yourself by email due to the delay then I would not have emailed you. If you think that I am being obstructive or malicious then you are mistaken. Some of us here have had problems with your service hence discussing issues on this forum lets some of our frustrations out because we can relate to each others experiences. I could of already left you NEGATIVE FEEDBACK if I wanted to be horrible but evidently I have not done that!!!
I think it is very noble of you that you have at least mad the effort on coming to this forum and explaining the various discrepancies that we have had with you and justifying yourself. This is all that I will state on this matter on the aforementioned.

I know I had used foul language in February and March, because I was getting very, very angry that it was taking too long (it was already 4 to 5 months since my order) but then I apologized already and I didn't foul-mouth to your staff member again. There was delay after delay. The rest of the messages I wrote had no foul-mouth. The messages from July and onward had no foul-mouth and I still got no message back and MOST IMPORTANTLY MY PROBLEM WASN'T SOLVED as promised.
If you want me to post the whole story, I would, since I already recapped back in October of last year. Here's exactly what happened. You only know part of it. I am the one experiencing this tragedy and I know every detail of what happened.
Back in late October 2006, you staff told me to give some time to solve problem. I did.
Back in November, I was told they had everything for me two weeks ago, but post office lost shipment. He said he would send what was in stock first (which I received) and then send missing items (the games I am still waiting for up until today) 10 days later. There was a delay already.
Back in November, your staff sent me Tantei when I wanted Tantei II. I spent an extra $24 US to ship Tantei back to your staff.
Back in December your staff said they would make sure that I get the games before the 24th when I go on my trip after I shipped Tantei back to them. Games never came. The tracking number showed no record of the item. There was something very wrong. Your staff reassured me that they were serious in their business. Ok, great. When I was back from my trip in January they said they were working hard to track where my order was and that my negative feedback meant nothing and they wanted it removed because it wasn't fair to them. Well, I said I wouldn't remove it until I get the games. There was no reason that I should remove the negative feedback if I didn't receive anything. They never found my order.
They were upset that I didn't message them through Ebay, so I messaged them through Ebay.
they said they even ordered games from Japan back in January. They didn't order them.
In February, they said problem would be solved soon enough. The problem is still not solved.
And then they told me to stop email, because they would let me know when shipment return. they never messaged me.
They said they didn't answer me because I was being impolite, so I apologized.
In April, after much talk about compensation and waiting for 6 months, they said the shipment was lost and asked me what I wanted to do. Ok, that's just great. The shipment "they worked so hard on" was never found. They had to wait 4 months to tell me and after I emailed them a million times. I agreed to get the original order again. But he said the same thing back in January. Why didn't he order those games back then instead?
In April, he said I would have to wait just a bit longer to get my original order. I am still waiting after more than a year.
He said games would be delivered in early June and that he would let me know about it. He never did and the newer staff member even mistakenly sold the Zelda 2 as an excuse for the delay. This was after I emailed explaining about what games I ordered over and over. That's just great.
I tried my best not to email, but in early June I started to ask again about my order since he said delivery date would be early June. I still trusted him. After emailing several times, I got a response saying he was not in Hong Kong and didn't know what I was talking about. After 2 weeks straight of emailing to tell what games I ordered, he said all my games would arrive next week. The staff sold Zelda 2 even when I mentioned over and over that I ordered Zelda 2 in my order. How's that for an excuse? Just horrible.
In late June, he said he would let me know when game is here. He never let me know. Why didn't I hear from him again? Why?
He wouldn't tell me why a delay until I messaged a few times and told me he had to order Zelda 2 again because his staff sold it by accident. That's just horrible. I waited 9 months.
In July he said he wouldn't answer my messages anymore just because he was too bored to reply. That's the worst. I reassured myself that that's okay since the games would probably come to me soon. Problem would be solved eventually.
So up until you answered to my message in January, I got no message back from them about anything. I emailed from August to November. Most of the messages were only 3 words: "Please ship games" That's it, no foul language in the messages. So why wasn't my games shipped after promising several times that they would be ordered and shipped? There's no excuse for any of this.
I know I did send a lot of foul messages back in March, but after he messaged back saying he didn't answer because my foul message, I apologized right away because I wanted him to continue with the communication until games were here. But he still had a very strong tendency of not answering, which was very, very frustrating. I was pretty much in a bad mood when I know I wouldn't receive games anytime soon, and I was right. I just don't know what was the problem with my shipments.
I know I should behave better. My behavior was very good at first, but after months of waiting, I was shocked to hear that I still had to wait. So I chose the foul language route, hoping that would imply that it was taking far too long and problem should be solved soon. You tell me which is worse: the foul language or waiting over a year for an order? Bottom line: I still don't deserve waiting over 15 months for my order when I paid RIGHT AWAY for them.
I do give toysonlinehk credit for coming here and posting in a dignified manner.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from toysonlinehk recently. I was messaged that it was shipped and I am confident it will get to me, but if not I'll let you know.
But for now I have no problems, as I was notified on the date they were shipped.

people should know we are a Hong Kong seller , our shipping cost to usa is higher then US seller , also , both ebay and paypal are using very bad exchange rate to convert USD to HKD. it is 9-10& & higher then the bank rate .
all our games need to pay EMS shipping cost from Japan to Hong Kong too , so every items that we got had additional cost too . it is usd 2-3.00 per game . and some heavy items it will even cost more .

If I didn't message in January and gotten an answer from you, I don't think my problem would ever be attended. I think I did the best I could to keep good manners with you since you've been quite cooperative, much, much better than your previous staff members. Yes I know foul language probably won't solve problem, but neither would saying nothing about it. I don't think my problem would have been solved now even if I was nice about it. He never ordered my games as he said. That I absolutely don't know why. Those games could have come in 2 weeks and then shipped and my problem would have been solved easily. I did the best I could. I held on for it too long. I have never, ever had any problems like this, and I definitely can't imagine waiting over a year. And I already told you I messaged about same problem over and over WITHOUT ANY FOUL LANGUAGE, and still no response from them about anything. There is no excuse. I am definitely not trying to fight with you. It is not your fault, but I've waited far, far too long, which is unacceptable. I appreciate you working hard to solve all of our problems, but I still have no idea when I will get my games, if ever. I will have to wait more than 16 months for sure. We'll see. Let's see how fast you can get the games to me.
By the way, one thing that's also very important that I should mention is that I was clearly overcharged on some of the games, especially Zelda 2. I spent way too much money on those games, even if they are sealed. The Legend of Zelda 2 sealed with shipping I was charged $69.99. Clearly overcharged.

Besides the disk head , the speed of the motor in the disk system will cause disk error too .
some disk title will got disk error when the speed become abit slow and the belt also . it will not make all disk not work but just some of them .
all our famicom disk had been tested with 2 differrent disk system test before ship out .
we are more care about faulty items and damage then the buyer ., we selling on ebay are trying to make money not to make troubles . we are not stupid . all shipment cost money to ship .
if we ship out some fautly item it just cost us double shipping cost .

No, you're wrong. My messages were replied between April and July after the foul messages you talked about. I apologized and the messages continued during that time, although he was still irresponsive. I just know in late July he messaged me back (after I sent a lot of messages about problem being solved, etc.) saying he wouldn't answer my messages because HE WAS TOO BORED TO REPLY. I did send a lot of messages in July but those weren't foul. I just hope my problem be solved as soon as possible. I think you still have some misunderstanding of the real situation. Also, I think my messages were deleted not because of my foul language, but because he said he wouldn't answer anymore because my games would be shipped. So I waited and waited and waited. No games. He clearly stated that at end of July and NOT because I was impolite, but because he had problems. I am quite sure that was what happened, and you confused it with me being foul, so no one answered me ever again. Please don't jump to conclusions. I gave you all the details in the complete story. There shouldn't be any confusion with my frustration. Your staff members purposely didn't answer me and deleted my messages, and not because I was foul. He still messaged back after I was foul.

For the sake of justice, there was one more problem with this

separately, but was sent both in only one pack. That doubled

thank you for posting the followup that you got your order and telling people that we did shipped it out on time , it is just the post office's problem , stamp on it 25 Oct 2007 but you got it at 29 Jan 2008 , it is over 3 months .

i just received my first of about 4 orders i made with ToysOnlineHK and they came in a reasonable time frame and in excellent condition, so as it stands this guys is good in my ppersonal books so far.
Yay ;D ;D ;D. My items have finally arrived and to my surprise they are in excellent condition. So it was worth the wait after all!!

I can't wait forever for this. It's already been over 6 weeks since I first mentioned to you about my problem. You said you needed to check, and it would take 3-4 weeks. I am going to give you 4 more weeks maximum. By middle of next month, this problem has to be solved. I gave you far too much time for this. This is ridiculous. Doesn't take that long to check. What's too bored to reply? I've waited 16 months.
I am hurt for being misunderstood that because I misbehaved, my messages got deleted. That's the complete opposite of what happened and I was blamed for not posting the whole story. Even if that was the case, there's no excuse. What about all the promises of getting the games to me, problem being solved, and NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. Your previous staff members were VERY, VERY BAD. I repeatedly messaged because of the psychological stress of insecurity. Your staff members cheated on me and that's the truth. That feeling you can barely understand, and that's why I posted the whole story. I wanted you to have the slightest understanding of HOW HORRIBLE THIS IS. It's horrible beyond words. As for my behavior, I've behaved very well for holding my tongue. February is almost over.
Also, I really, really want the games. What's the point of paying for shipping if the games couldn't be delivered to me. I want the games at a discounted price for all this waiting. I still want the games. I can't get them anywhere else. If you can order them from Japan, then please do so. I'll be going to Japan next year for my study abroad, but I don't think I'll be able to find those games sealed by myself. There has to be some kind compensation for all this waiting. This is totally unfair to me.

Not recommended if their staff members managed to promise me the games several times and still left me waiting endlessly for over a year while DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT AND NOT ANSWERING. I am really pissed off for obvious reasons. HOW CAN ANY SELLER ON EBAY OR WHEREVER DO THIS TO ANYONE IF THEY CLAIM TO NOT CHEAT ON ANY BUYERS? WHAT THE HELL WERE THE STAFF MEMBERS THINKING?

I have waited damn long enough and I want to hear the results in a few days. Why the hell should I wait anymore. I've waited 2 months for the papers to come and this is really bullshit. You're only checking because you want to make sure I didn't get the items. Better hurry up, because I want my games and compensation for 17 months of waiting! You better think about why your staff members would leave me waiting for so long when $250+ was spent to prevent this kind of situation from happening ever again.
But still recommended if they manage to ship on time and everything goes well. Otherwise, you're at your own risk when buying from toysonlinehk, that's for sure.

I am really freaked out right now. Promise after promise is broken. First you said 3-4 weeks, then you said it will end February, then in February 22, you told me paperwork would come the following week and you would check it within 2-3 weeks. This is not what I deserve. Your time is up. YOUR TIME IS UP AND YOU NEED TO MESSAGE ME EITHER HERE OR THROUGH EMAIL PRONTO. THIS IS NOT TOLERABLE. I REALLY DON'T CARE WHO'S RESPONSIBLE. I just know it shouldn't take upwards of 10 weeks to check whether or not I received the items. This is not at all efficient.

For whatever reason, toysonlinehk is not answering my messages again. I don't know why and I am pretty frustrated when I see new items listed every day on Ebay and no messages back from him. I don't know when my problem will be solved. Is there any justice to this? NO, of course not. I really hate to write these things, but no other buyers of toysonlinehk have been through what I've been through, and I had the courage to put up with all this.

I ordered something from him back in mid-Feb. Just got an email today that my order didn't show up on his paid report so it wasn't shipped out . I got a tracking number and an 'item shipped' email from ebay today and an apology from him, so I'm thinking it should be on it's way. I was wondering why I hadn't gotten it yet. He's was very responsive with me, though, when we negotiated the 'best offer' thing and after the sale. Sorry to hear about your situation; hopefully it'll work out :-\

I ordered my Sharp Famicom from Toysonlinehk and they waited for my payment for a little over a week! I thought that was pretty cool of them. After they received payment it was my turn to wait a week for a tracking number. Why you ask because it was Chinese new year :P Then it took 12 days for the tracking number to finally tell me that "once I got one" the package was shipping into US customs and about another four days to receive my Famicom. Now all in all customs aside, they got it here pretty damn fast. It was sent to me in very good condition and packed better than I could imagined. They did however break communication completely when I was asking about the tracking number not working via e-mail and through e-bay. See I had no idea that customs was really going to keep my package that long and that the number wouldn't work until there K-9's were done sniffing it looking for drugs :). I was tearing my hair out and pulling out my finger nails waiting for my package but I don't blame them for the anticipation for a bomb ass system or customs... CURSE YOU CUSTOMS!!!! >:( But for real I will buy from them again. If your reading this Toysonliehk Thanks again and again the belt is still going strong and everything is working ;D

Yeah! I hate customs, they sometimes keep packages unnecessarily for days >:( >:(

It's not like I have a choice whether I can or cannot wait. But to be honest, I am clearly very disappointed with you. You said very clearly on here that this matter will end within Feb 2008, and then you asked for another 2-3 weeks already. This is sad, pathetic, and lame. You had plenty of time and if you asked for more time on top of more time, and
you still ask me to wait, then that's indeed very, very bad. Don't make anymore excuses, if you just take a little time to check it for me I will breathe a sigh of relief. Know that you have passed the limit, and I am only waiting just because I have no other choice and you are lucky to get away with it.

If you would check it, then check it. I don't know what's so hard and you had plenty of time. I am through with you.
Ok, 2 weeks, it remains to be seen whether the same thing will happen again. After 2 weeks, you'll say another 2 weeks, and on and on. I am not sure if you see what the problem is.

This is how I am being treated by toysonlinehk. I waited 15 months for my order. I told him about it, and he told me to wait for him to check whether I didn't get the shipment, when he knows that I paid for my items. I also lost $24 to ship back wrong games. How is he going to check for that? Now, 2 and half months later. He tells me that I am messaging for bullshit when 2 promises are broken, and countless promises broken before. Not only that, but he said he won't read my messages and delete them. The same thing happened 7 months ago and I got nothing. Obviously I am writing here because he won't answer my messages anymore (when problem is still not solved). The same thing happens again.
We've all let this go on for long enough. k_chan, we understand your frustrations, but dragging it out on the board here has become nothing but a mess. I'm locking this thread. toys and k_chan, please do this over e-mail instead. Thanks.
