Title: High scores (Atari 2600)
Post by: petik1 on August 16, 2010, 09:56:17 am
I saw Something like this over at the atariage forums and thought that you guys would like it. The rules are simple: get the highest score ! I will organize and update the highscores by game, user, and score. Ppease dont cheat, because there is nothing to be won execpt a pat on the back! You can also suggest games to compete with. I'll start

Asteroids:                     Me;                           110,840

Missile command:         Me;                             11,725

Berzerk:                       Linkzpikachu;                3,310

MoonSweeper              Me;                               3,460

Centipede                    Mi5terDNA                   71,679

would colecovision count if it's the exact same game (ie: Venture or Donkey Kong)?  Just curious because I went extremely far in venture just recently.

Not an atari game but i thought this was worth mentioning. Im playing this terrible game on the sega saturn called revolution x. I dont know whether the disc is scratched or if the game is that bad, but theres this one part that wont end. Ive got my turbo pad on auto and has been firing for the last 20 minutes. ;D

EDIT: at the 1,500,000 point mark

I thought revolution x was ok. I played it on the genesis. What part are you stuck on?

I cant really remember. I think it was like a brick wall or something. There were three windows. I amied my crosshairs to the middle of the first windows and it literally went on for three hours. Granted I did have a auto fir pad.  I got a score of 10,180,000 before finally turning it off.  :P

Sounds like some sort of glitch or something.
