I'm just wondering, aside from a bad or marked label, is there a way to tell a reproduction FDS disk from an original?
Any original FDS disk can be rewritten, so it would be hard to tell. Dumping and examining the file could give clues, but not always, especially if the disk was erased with a magnet before rewriting. The label, if a reproduction and not an original, would probably be the only clue.
Thanks. I thought that might be the case. Wierd how some discs are still expensive. I would assume they were all dupes if you can't show they aren't :)
