Wasn't King's Quest V ported to the NES?
Yes, it was. Additionally, why is this in 'Other Gaming'? I think this is a pure FC interest topic... :bomb:
Thanks guys, and I didn't know where to put it so I was just being safe.
Honestly, "Point and Click's" are my favorite genre; totally enjoyable when I was young and still now.
Dr. Chaos has some point and click elements to it.

& godawful Dragon Ball 2 mazes http://www.romhacking.net/translations/1604/

I had no idea there were so many adventure games on the NES/FC!
Looks like I've got some gaming to do...
thanks gremlin :D
Always a pleasure, and thank you to everyone whom have been continuing to add new games to the lists. If anyone can think of anymore, I will gladly add them to the list.
'Goonies II' may also qualify.:bomb:
Has anyone else thought of some more?
Dragon Ball 3? :-\
Thank you, JQ.
I fear we may be reaching the end of the list, but it's neat to finally see a listing done. I am still suprised I wasn't able to see any other list made with all of the CnP's.
There are lot of first-person adventure games for the FC and FDS, but they don't all play like the ICOM games. You're often not pointing at anything other than menus.
Yeah I'm sure there are a lot of more adventure games that isn't listed here yet. I think adventure games was a quite popular genre though not as popular as RPGs, and it was more common on computers than on consoles.
Point and Click Adventure is a sub-genre of adventure games and it can be divided into many sub-genres. Many of these games listed breaks the genre borders and often mix in RPG- or platform features.
Here are a few more adventures:
Metal Slader Glory
Dead Zone (FDS)
Famicom Mukashibanashi: Shin Onigashima (FDS, 2 disks)
Famicom Mukashibanashi: Yuuyuuki (FDS, 2 disks)
Time Twist: Rekishi no Katasumi de... (FDS, 2 disks)
Oh yeah, Stage 2 of Platoon (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njlZ64hmCVY#t=2m6s) might count.
I wonder if any more games of the genre exist.
Dragon Ball Z? :-\
The first one?
