Hello, im trying to dump a game... but i cant identify the mapper.
I will post a picture of the board. If possible, can someone write a plugin for this mapper because i have a usb copynes. (i also have an EPROM programmer and reader if thats required)
It looks like a series of 74LS chips.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!
You're in luck. the PRG is an EPROM. You can desolder that and dump it with an EPROM programmer. The CHR... looks like RAM.
what game is this?
Super bros 4. Really rare game.
The chr shouldn't be ram. The board resembles that of kaiser's smb2j pirate
I don't think that's RAM. It has 27512 written which suggest it has a size of 64kB. The EPROM is too small to hold the whole game, it's 2764 = 8kB. You probably won't discover which mapper it is by looking on the ICs.
You should ask this on nesdev. You can easily try TapeDump to dump it using some common mapper, I suspect Unrom, Cnrom (or MMC1?) since maximum size of the game is only 72kBytes (man I love this number :D )
Posted on nesdev but to no avail...

Give it a try... It's pretty reliable with such small games, but I have succesfully dumped also a 384kB file!

You can dump nes maskroms you just need to rewire it to an eprom pinout. I dumped my metal gear maskrom by building a simple adapter.
I have an eprom programmer that will read the eproms. I can just desolder the chips. But cant a copynes dump just as well? I contacted cah4e3 a while back but he stopped responding...
Of course copynes can do that, but AFAIK there's nobody on FW (except cah4e3) that can help you. Bump your topic on nesdev, you must push those guys a little.
Ok
