Add the 16byte FDS header to your images. Also, only plug the cable into the RAM adapter after you've loaded the image into FDSLoadr. Keeping it connected is buggy.

The easiest way is to open the image in a hex editor and paste in the header from an image that already has one. See attached image.

Try EPP. Mine works fine with that.

Not sure man, did you make or buy your cable? Are you using a real parallel port and not a USB converter card?

What OS are you running? It'd be best to put the files on the hard drive. Make sure you boot into DOS, too, and don't just use a DOS window.

You're probably not doing something correctly. Try a different FDS image and try different port settings. Have a look at the first part showing how to run FDSLoadr here (http://www.famicomdisksystem.com/tutorials/disk-writing/writing-disks-with-fdsloader-and-copy-master/).

Did you make sure your images are not checked as read-only or archive?

If I'm understanding correctly, the images are loading okay in FDSLoadr, but you aren't able to get them to transfer to your RAM adapter/Famicom okay. Is this right?

It could be that the cable isn't making a good connection with your Ram Adapter cable (maybe one pin isn't making good contact). Try holding it and slightly angling it when you plug it in and see if that works better and check that the parallel port end of the loader cable is connected tightly to your PC. Give ECP mode a try, too.

Probably bad images. Try others.

The bit that shows "1A" is for a one-sided game. It will be "2A" for a game with sides A & B.

I sent you an email after you emailed me the files. They all work fine for me, so I'd suspect your parallel port setup or the cable itself.
