Title: Cinemassacre's Mike looks at NES hacks
Post by: Protoman on July 24, 2012, 05:31:16 am
Hacks and ports from Famicom/FDS to NES. The indiana jones game is a game from the Disk System, right?
And I think I remember people here talking up Recca?

I'm not sure. Some of those looked interesting though.

I was surprised to see Recca in there. It's not a hack, unless he was playing Recca Pure, which is barely a hack.

"Pick it up if you see it," he says. Doesn't it fetch crazy prices these days?

He's right about Dragon Feet.  I mean, someone somewhere coded that up, but is it really worth a release?
That wouldn't have stood up on the ZX Spectrum, let alone the NES.  What were RetroUSB thinking?
