Title: disk system and the game genie
Post by: ulera on August 11, 2012, 02:58:48 pm
I know if you plug a famicom game onto a 60-72 pin adapter you can use a game genie and cheat with it. What would happen if you plugged the ram adapter for a disk system into one though?

A game genie with an FDS doesn't work.

Ah. Is there any cheat devices that work with a fds? Why exactly does a game genie not work?

Some of the game doctor units offer cheats, like Game Master. But, only save states.

So why wouldn't the game genie work? (I believe you that it doesn't, but why doesn't it?)
