Title: Can I use parts from famicom clone to make AV MOD for my genuine Famicom?
Post by: pricca on March 17, 2007, 09:22:13 pm
Hi there Famicomers :)

I've just bought a famicom clone a "new slim 2" for around 8 usd brand new, but I already own a genuine famicom wich is a NTSC version....

As i'm in Portugal, Europe, wich is a PAL country, I was wondering if I could use the parts from my clone to convert my genuine FAMICOM into a AV MODed PAL ...?

Here's a very very bad picture of the arragement of my clone... wich I believe is made from a NOAC as for it has so little stuff inside! :O

Thanks for your help

The only things you'd be able to use would be the 3 RCA jacks.  I don't know if you can get PAL output off of a Japanese Famicom.
