Title: Wire detached from pirate cart need help with ID

Purchases two pirates a few weeks ago one worked and one didn't it seemed the Chineese man needs to work on his soldering skills anyway could some one please help me with were the other end of the wire is suppose to attach to I would greatlly appreciate it I did my reasearch and I'm unsure what the exact pinout of this rom is

That's a tough one. It seems to be PRG ROM /OE which most likely goes to the mapper or one of the glue logic chips. I suggest looking at the solder joints on those chips under strong light and magnification, if one of the pins had that wire attached to it it's likely that there'll be signs in the shape of the solder joint.

Well I''ll be damned I found a spot were it looked like some flux was used and soldered it there guess what it worked third times a charm, I guess my vison is worse than I thought thanks ;)
