What's the best way to connect my Twin Famicom to a stereo TV? I'm talking mono A/V from my Twin to a Stereo TV. What kind of cables and adapters work best? Before somebody brings up mods, don't bother. I'm looking for an old CRT TV I can use to play Light Gun games, but until then, I wanted to use the High Def TVs I have available to me now. I don't like mods. They ruin the retro gaming experience for me. I only use my Retron 3 in my room because it's cheaper than buying NES,SNES, and Genesis systems, takes up less space, and give me a top loading NES. I use the original joysticks and actual carts instead of ROMs to get the same game play I used to when I played games on each of the systems. That, and the Retron 3 joysticks suck!

You don't need to buy or do anything at all.
Just plug the single audio RCA cable into your TV as per normal and (mono) sound will play through both speakers.

Some TVs won't do that though, one of mine certainly doesn't do that.
I've never ever come across a TV that doesn't. The first input is always a mono input, it's a standard thing.

I feel the same, that listing is pretty rich.
I can understand why someone would want to split the audio into 2 channels for the sake of an amp but can't figure out why it's needed on a TV set. Every single TV I've ever owned or used takes a mono signal via a single RCA plug and outputs it to both speakers.

both my Sony's dont do that I have a French CRT and regular US one and you have to use a spliter or you just get audio out either the left or the right side
