I have Battletoads cartridge but all I get is this screen when i turn my Famiclone on. Even I cleaned the game and still doesn't work.

brate, ja isto imam Battle toads piratki ketridz isto neradi :( ali u mom slucaju se i nista ne vidi na ekranu. Imam i neke opet pokvarene ketridze koje isto kao kod tebe pokazuju takve artefakte. nazalost mislim da neces je pokrenuti.

Well since he is writing in the Roman alphabet, it could be Croatian language too. Bulgarian is written in Cyrillic alphabet, and Serbian typically is too.
Fun (non gaming) fact: The southern Slavic languages run on a dialect continuum of sorts, so the dialects on the border of Serbian and those on the border of Bulgaria are sort of a mixed language, and are a bit more mutually intelligable than standard Croatian is to Bulgarian (though there is a lot more transparencey in the Slavic languages than say English is to German or Dutch, for example). Also, there are some differences between Serbian, Croatian, etc, but to an outsider of the country, these differences are very minor and not something to get hung up about.

Now when I opened the cartridge and cleaned it complete with alchochol it WORKS!

I need to clean my SMW Famicom pirate with that, and see if it will work as I get a similar screen as you did with yours.
