Title: Is the Super Famicom Satellaview Cart The Super Gameboy Case?

I'm always looking up Famicom games and accessories on eBay, and I noticed something. The Satellaview carts that go into the Super Famicom cart slots look a LOT like the SFC version of the Super Gameboy. Does anybody else think they just reused the carts as cases for the Super Gameboy because the Satellaview system couldn't be used outside of Japan? If there are any links that support this theory, let me know.
