I will wiring between 72 and 60 pins, but what about 12 pins remaining ?

They are only used by the NES, so no need to wire them. Look at the links famifan provided, they explain which pin you should wire to what. NC means not connected.

what about  NES cartridge to famicom console 72 to 60 pin do you have any diagrams?
I don't have [ NES to Famicom Adapter 72 pin to 60 pin ] so please if you can give me the diagrams

What do you mean? I don't know about any fimecom, but all pins of both Famicom and NES are on that page famifan linked to.
