Many members will remember that I sell "grab bags" with random Famicom carts chosen by my son from time to time.
Since I always find myself buying cheap games locally whenever I find them I've accumulated quite a number of carts and my room is literally flowing over. :-[
So my offer today is: 20 Famicom games[/u] of my son Kai's choice for 4444 Yen shipped to Europe, North America or Asia!
Small print: Shipping to South America costs a few Yen more and must be registered. The same applies for some other countries, mostly in Eastern Europe.
0 of 6 available.
All sold out! :bub:
And for the first time: A non-Famicom retro grab bag! For a price of 4321 Yen (shipped to Europe, North America or Asia) you'll receive 16 random Japanese games for all kinds of consoles.
The systems these games will be from are: Super Famicom, Game Boy (incl. Color and Advance), Nintendo 64, PC Engine (Hu Card and CD), MSX, Game Gear, Mega CD, Mega Drive, Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, Playstation 1, and Playstation 2.
(not all grab bags will necessarily have games from every system)
1 of 3 available.
Offer ended.
Games will be from my listed and unlisted stash. I'll make sure there will be no doubles. Other than that, no promises. :yoshi:
This time I will also include Famicom disk games. Please state if you have a Disk System or not.
Payment is expected by Paypal (gift preferred, but not required)
This little guy will choose the games:

Please only inquire if you're okay with the stated conditions and can pay within a reasonable time frame. Thanks.
If I could afford one of the bags, I'd buy one for sure.
This is really cool! I would LOVE to get a famicom grab bag, if you don't mind waiting to ship and for me to pay you on the 15th, when I am paid. (I hope I might have a little credibality built up with you by now :) )
Roger, Jessica. ;D
That's really cheap, and the mystery is kind of killing me. But I may be a little too far along in my collection to actually get something I need from one of these. Still, I'm tempted...
It's more for people who don't have too many games yet.
If you've got a big collection there's a big chance you'll get doubles.
love the new retro grab bag! make me excited to see what games that you will get. :)

now here a famicom legend that play with out looking. ;D
No kidding, he beat world 1 and 2 boss on the first try each without help from me. :o
He might be better than Arino Kacho. ;D
I'm considering getting one, but I've spent a lot of money this week and I'm starting to run out of room for these carts. :cherry:
I love watching these grab bag threeds, :D but unfortunately I don't have room to get one myself.
One's gone, guys! :)
That's just slightly over $2 a cart shipped. That's an amazing price for practically anything that isn't a baseball game. I don't necessarily have an issue with doubles, because I've built my collection in large part through trading and reselling with other collectors. I guess I'm just not sure I'll get anything I actually need for my collection, as I tend to buy those directly off Manuel as soon as he gets them in. But the longer these sit here, the more tempted I am to see just what might be lurking in one of these lots.
I went straight for one. Manuel's a great seller with a great kid - last time he picked out a whole bunch of fun carts! Don't get me wrong, I don't really expect baseball carts or Adventure Island 4 either way, but I figure this is worth it just for the choices. Really looking forward to mine and will share the outcome, here's to you both! :)
And I like surprises, hence why I go for stuff like this. ;) As long as I can play most of the games, it's good.
Do we have any control over which systems' games would be in the non-Famicom grab bag?
For some systems I have only a handful of games, so giving full control is impossible, but if you want you can exclude one console maker (Nintendo, Sega, NEC or Sony).
2 Famicom and 3 non-Famicom grab bags left. :)
Mine arrived yesterday, and this is probably the best set I've got. ;) From what I remember, the best games are Gradius, Hector 87 and Argos no Senshi. I also got Stick Hunter, a really awful ice hockey game that no one seems to have heard of. :P
I know I haven't heard of it before. ;D
I'm glad you liked the selection. :bub:
Post Merge: June 23, 2013, 09:11:28 pm
Only one left! :mario:
I got my package recently. I enjoyed the seclection. :) Some of the highlights are 桃太郎伝説, Rockman 5, Raid on Bungling Bay, 北斗の拳2 and of course Binary Land.
I got Raid on Bungeling Bay and Momotaro Densetsu as well. I like the former but I think the language barrier gets in the way when it comes to playing the latter. :-\
My son loves the Momotaro character, that's why he tends to pick it when he sees it. ;D
I'm being bold and picking up the first ever non famicom set. We'll know in 2-3 weeks as to what it looks like :bub:
Still one last Famicom grab bag available! :yoshi:
Mystery package arrived today ;D I took a quick peak and saw PANIC! for the MegaCD which made me really happy. Can't wait to see what else is in there. :bub:
The Famicom grab bags are sold out.
Thanks everybody! :yoshi:
There are still non-Famicom grab bags available (16 instead of 20 games because of weight restraints), but interest is low, so this offer is only valid within July. After that I'll close this thread.

Gamecenter CX is the best!

trying to watch my spending but I'd jump on this too
I'd be interested in maybe a grab bag of stuff for nintendo gaming consoles though I don't have an N64 or a Wii because I'm lame. Would you consider something like that in the future?
I wish I would have seen the original post when it was posted. I would have totally bought one.
I would buy one if i have money but currently i don't :( i think the non famicom grab bag is great idea :)

I shall do a dance of happiness and start stashing money for it!
BUMP for the remaining non-Famicom grab bags. :pow:
I might go for one, provided there's some Mega Drive games in it. ;)
The first one had indeed a few MD games.
I can't really promise anything, but I can gently *steer* my son towards the shelf with the MD games. ;D

Well, I don't mind how many just as long as there's some in there. :)
Okily dokily.
If you want one, please let me know via PM. :yoshi:

Thanks Cheetahmen. :)

One more non-Famicom grab bag left! :yoshi:
One last bump for the last available non-Famicom grab bag.
This offer is valid until the end of July.
After that I'll get rid of the stuff some other way. :mario:
Okay, this grab bag round is now officially closed.
(I'll leave this thread open, just in case somebody wants to post photos of their grab bags.)
Thanks everybody. :)
I was gonna get it, but I have to save what money I have left to pay for my car insurance. :(
But didn't you buy one?
Or are talking about a 2nd one?
