I've never seen it sell for less than $100.
Think it is on Amazon Japanese for around that. I better get saving then :)
Do you know if that is the best place to get it from?

Not sure where to get it. It doesn't show up on eBay very often, but I've seen it there before. Amazon JP is easy for new books, but most older books are through marketplace sellers who won't ship internationally.
