According to my knowledge Castlevania 2 Simons Quest was not released on a famicom cart officially

Nope, it's either a pirate (and there were some pirate ports made for the Famicom) or a "repro" made in the modern day, but either way, the label was a modern label, created by this seller (he does that with a lot of the labels for his games).
