Title: AV mod for Famicom but lose color

Hi,guys
I am trying to be my  Famicom  for AV mod .
I use the methods which posted by 80's FREAK

and choose the 100R and 150R instead of 220R and 2k2. like the explanation.

But when I finish it , the game on TV screen is show as monochrome mod.
What did I do wrong?

Does your TV definitely support 60hz AV?  Is it a CRT or LCD TV? 

Can you take a picture, it may help someone identify the problem.

My famicom is a Hong Kong Famicom.

but my TV is NTSC .

I guess reason is the crystal frequency .
but I don't know how to make a HK version  famicom to AV mod in NTSC TV .
If I must change the crystal oscillator to solved the problem?
