Although I never dealt with him, I wouldn't hesitate to do so. killerkobra is quite known on NA forums.
@killerkobra: Castlevania II was only officially released on disk, on Famicom format. The original Castlevania was released on both disk and cartridge, though the cart (rerelease) is quite rare and pricey. Castlevania III CIB is also a bit expensive, though it had a normal cart release.
Also, have you considered getting Kid Dracula, the Castlevania spin-off game?
I can vouch for Dean, he is a great guy! That being said, I will say a prayer for your wallet if you are looking for the cart re-release of Akumajou Dracula! ;D
