Why do you want a custom pirate in the first place? There's probably a reason if there's a game you want and it's not in pirate form.
Maybe. But you would need to buy hundreds of the cartridges at once.
Your best bet would be to find someone who knows how. I got 5 custom carts made, but it was a favor by a friend of a friend for helping out with something.
Oh it's because I wanted Super Mario Bros. Deluxe on Famicom.
