The profile will link automatically to the thread here that has their username in it. We ask that you don't use "new topic" because the user might already have a feedback thread (and you'd end up making a second one, and we'd have to merge them) or you might not spell their username exactly right and it won't end up linked with their profile (which we'd have to fix by renaming the thread once we've noticed the error). You haven't caused either of these conditions, so everything is fine.
