It is unlicensed, It contains some sailor moon character but it has graphical content between each battle.
Also it's For offer, so you are supposed to do an offer. To give you an idea, last one sold for $83 here. I am looking for much less (around $55 S&H included).
My hands are damn itchy to buy that copy, especially i got rid of mine. :3
Just a question: how heavy is that AV blue cart?
I can guarantee it's the official PCB. I don't have the tool to see the weight of it.

I already check a lot around ruten and there's nothing I want there. Magic Bubble is more common in east Europe. And those Mortal Kombat cart in Russia and Korea.
