Would it run in XP

How do I burn a ROM on a Chip

Would the EPROM chips work & the Board work for retrousb.com

Yeah, someone posted a thread like this as "repos" before.

And I was gonna suggest NESDev, but I couldn't remember the name. That's gotta be the best place for this kind of stuff.
