WTB Famicom AV out mod service (parts provided)

Greetings Famicom World, I recently picked up Console 5's Famicom AV mod kit (purchased here) and intended on doing the AV out mod myself, but I got to realize my total incompetence when it comes to circuitry. It's just the high variety of ways to do it that is throwing me off so I want to pass the torch to someone who is experienced and can provide the best method possible.

I plan on using a 3.5mm  surface mount A/V jack (purchased here) instead of drilling holes for RCA plugs, so I can either provide you the jack to install, or can install the jack and connect the A/V wires myself.

tl;dr I have all the parts required for the A/V mod, I just need someone to setup the circuitry for me. I'll pay shipping both ways, and your asking price, I just ask for someone with experience to help me out!
It's also worth mentioning that I live in the US, so US modders only, please.

I have experience in modding Famicoms and I also use the 3.5mm jack for the output. I'm in Canada, but shipping shouldn't cost that much. All you need to so is send me the actual Famicom motherboard instead of the whole console. That should save a lot on shipping costs. I know that mailing a Famicom board back to you would only cost you US$6.
