What type of cart is this?

Hey Guys

Any clue what type of system a cart like this goes to?  I've seen just about all of the hotel units but this doesn't look like software for one of them.  Perhaps it's arcade?

Sorry to point out the obvious, but that's not for a Super FamicomBox? You likely know better than I do, but they didn't include traditional SF carts in the Super FamicomBox, right...instead they had these things.
