Question on FDS sealed Doki Doki Panic

Hi all, I have a sealed (hopefully) copy of Doki Doki Panic for FDS. Sticker seal is very clean, doesn't look like it has been peeled or tampered with in any way. One thing I noticed while looking it over, though, is that it seems to be missing the pink AC adapter insert inside. I have a few other FDS sealed games (Zelda, Metroid) and they all have the insert. Should the insert be in my Doki Doki Panic as well? Were these included in all FDS games? Is it even possible that it could be resealed when the sticker seal is essentially perfect? I only dabble a little in the FDS games, so hoping some folks here can help. Thanks!

Considering the amount of FDS fakes out there (and how only manuals seem to have not yet been bootlegged), reproduction seal stickers are certainly possible. Odds on though, the insert is probably hidden out of view. Doki Doki has two additional inserts (the cover placard that is the same as the cover of the manual and the FujiTV mascot/Mario sticker) so I am sure the pink sheet is there, obscured.
