Do you collect NES...and Famicom?

Yes, I know, but i'm not sure if this was released in japan or not (I think the first one was, but I can't find any sign of this one being released there), so maybe it was a little less likely to have been pirated (it's not that it wasn't likely, anyway). Besides, this was one of the latest games to be released on the NES 

Anyway, I'm talking about single-game carts of that time (nowadays you can find almost anything in those X-in-1 carts, that are still being made as far as I know)
