Looks like a pretty cool game (found it at a thrift store today and thought it was odd that a Japan only game was there [here in FL]).  Its got good reviews online as well and is in great shape with the pictured cards.  Only 2 on eBay, so it may be somewhat uncommon, and the cheapest up right now is $22 shipped.  I'd take $9+3 for shipping in a bubble envelope if someone wants it ($12 total).  I don't know if it could play in a US Dreamcast, though the auction I looked at said it would only play in a Japanese Dreamcast.  Figured it may be worth something to someone even just collecting DC games.  Let me know.

It won't play on a US Dreamcast without modification

If anyone was interested in this game, I've got it on eBay for .99c + shipping: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&item=120401554049

Here is a demo of it on Youtube--it looks like a pretty cool game:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8KYS2pDuX4&feature=related

The Dreamcast has so many cool and original games!

I'm watching that auction :)

/\  You're not the only one watching it, so hopefully it sells--it doesn't do me much good without a Dreamcast, though I thought it was too odd and cool a find to not pick it up for $1.99 +tax (always a chance something like that could be valuable too).  I'll probably end up taking a loss with the auction, but $1 is negligible.
