Shipping alone - even inside the US - would probably be around 10$ or more.
If you want one for cheap you most likely will have to search in garage sales or flea markets.

Yep. As of earlier this month (June 12th), all digital, no more analog. So, that TV you want to buy won't pick up anything without a converter.
