Shard of Agony?

Has anyone on this board who has OoT3D gotten the shard of agony yet? (i know its a remake of the stone of agony) if so how do you use it? i cant find any info on it yet online....

Stone of Agony was a rmbler ( my ohh bttn is fried ) device ativated,thngy. Once ohhh had the rmble attached yo wold ato matically get it. I forget. where from.
they rename it, is not really a nice thing jst an extra featre.
