Well this is stupid avgn just thit this  for fun and because he is stupid.... cmon in every game you see inverted crosses and in every game you can get 666.... this is his worst review ever... sataning mario 3 game cartridge lol... mario is one of the greatest nes platformers of all time.  The only thing he is right for is that the game gets harder at the end but 90% of the games are getting harder some even impossible...
And about the heart shaped last level well it kinda looks like a squished heart but this is because of the small screen space they have and just because it has fire an skulls does not make it hell
