I'm taking about the 6 in 1 Rockman Multi and others

I know with Rockman & Rockman 2 they had to hack the Mapper and the MMC to get it to work on Rockman 3-6

Is the PCB class important like

Most of the Rockman/Mega Man Games after 2 uses NES-TLROM

Also does the MMC class matter? like having a MMC3C Game and a MMC3B Game on 1 Cart?

Well, any MMC3 game that uses CHR-ROM for the graphics, at least so I doubt Megaman 4 and 6 would work.

Good, have you ever build anything more complicated than "blue LED mod" and rewired donor carts for repros? Master mapper contain 6 chips.
